I am incredibly thrilled to be co leading this retreat in beautiful Tuscany with the wonderful Sadia Bruce. 
Sadia is a teacher of breathwork and yoga known for her intuitive, transformative approach to movement and somatic awareness. 

I met Sadia while teaching at Esalen and our spirits deeply connected. We are so very excited to curate 6 days of breath, body and voice work, weaving our practices together while immersed in the Tuscan landscape.
